My name is Aaron, and I am a qualified personal trainer and gym instructor based in Cornwall, England. My journey into fitness began during my teenage years, driven by a desire to improve my appearance and overall well-being. Struggling with self-esteem, I dedicated countless hours to learning about fitness and training, experimenting with various exercise regimes and nutrition plans.
Over the years, my passion for the gym transformed into a mission to help others who may be experiencing similar challenges. I recognised the positive impact that fitness can have on both physical and mental health, and I knew I wanted to share this with others.
With a commitment to continuous learning, I pursued my qualifications in personal training and gym instruction attaining a distinction. This has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to guide individuals on their unique fitness journeys.
